The property seemed clean and the room was tidy. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge. And it had a stunningly beautiful view of the mountains. The location offered was beautiful and favourable close to restaurants as well as the scenic Great Glen Trails. Plus, it was 15 minutes by car to Wildcat Mountain Ski Area.
Some of the staff were poor.

The location was favourable and the room was fairly clean. My triple room with balcony, mountain view was elegant. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and exceptional, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I had a wonderful experience and would stay here again.

No reason to complain, the venue met expectation. Really enjoyed how high quality and amazing the property was. The location of this hotel close enough to go on kayaking tours, and the ski area and many other winter activities was marvellous and gorgeous. The staff was welcoming and courteous and around most of the time.
